I, the undersigned, hereby give to GFI Israel (The Good Food Institute Israel R.A. 580694396), its affiliates and its representatives (“GFI”), my consent and permission as follows:

1. Purpose of Use:
   • For individuals participating in activities: I understand that my participation in activities organized by GFI may be documented through photos, videos, or quotes. I consent to the use of this documentation for promoting GFI’s work.
   • For companies or organizations or individuals providing materials: I consent to the use of any images, logos, product materials, or other content that I (or the entity I represent) provide to GFI for the purpose of promoting GFI’s mission and activities.
2. Rights Granted: I grant GFI the right to use the images and/or materials (whether they are created during my participation in GFI’s activities, or provided by me or the entity I represent) for promotion, marketing, and publicity purposes. This permission extends to any medium, including but not limited to GFI’s website, social media, television, printed materials, and other communication channels.
3. Personal Data Collection and Use: I hereby consent to GFI’s collection and processing of my personal data, including but not limited to my name, professional title, and photograph. I understand that this data could be used in connection with GFI’s promotional activities and mission-related communications. This consent extends to the storage, use, and sharing of such personal data within GFI’s organization and with its affiliates for the purposes described in this document.
4. No Review of Final Materials: I understand and agree that I (or the entity I represent) will not have the opportunity to review the final products before they are published or distributed.
5. Intellectual Property and Licensing:
   • For individuals or companies providing materials or appearing in documentation: I acknowledge that I do not hold any intellectual property rights in the images, materials, or media produced by GFI or its representatives. GFI holds full rights to use, edit, and distribute the images and materials as it sees fit without compensation to me or the entity I represent.
   • If the materials provided include intellectual property (e.g., logos, product images, or designs) owned by me or the entity I represent: I hereby grant GFI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such intellectual property solely for the purposes related to promoting GFI’s mission.
6. Release of Claims: I irrevocably release and waive any claim, demand, damages, or liability arising from or related to the use or distribution of any of the aforementioned materials by GFI, its affiliates, agents, representatives, and current or former employees. This includes any claims of intellectual property infringement, invasion of privacy, unauthorized use of likeness, or defamation. This waiver is binding on me, my heirs, successors, representatives, or any person acting on my behalf (or on behalf of the entity I represent).
7. Retention of Rights by the Association: All images, materials, and digital files, including any copies thereof, shall remain the exclusive property of GFI. GFI may use, archive, or choose not to display the materials at its sole discretion.
8. For individuals approving this document on behalf of a company or organization: I hereby represent and warrant that I am duly authorized to approve and/or execute this document and grant the rights herein on behalf of the entity I represent, in accordance with and in full compliance with its incorporation documents and internal policies. I further acknowledge that my acceptance of this document will bind the entity to the terms contained herein. I also agree to be solely liable for, and to indemnify and hold GFI harmless from, any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to any misrepresentation regarding such authority.
