Neta Rosenthal
Operations Manager
Neta is responsible for operations, HR, recruitment, and supporting all aspects of GFI Israel’s Executive team.
Areas of expertise: Hiring and onboarding, employee engagement, SOP development, supporting GFI’s Collaborative Assistance Team (CAT), and budget monitoring.
Before joining GFI, Neta served as a project and operations manager in several animal protection and alternative protein nonprofits, most notably as the director of Challenge 22, a massive global interactive plant-based support program. She acts as the chairwoman of the Board of Directors at Animals Now, as a member of the Advisory Board at Sinergia Animal International, and mentors in several effective altruism mentorship programs.
Neta holds a BA in political science, sociology, and management from Bar-Ilan University.
