WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE

This program is designed for senior leaders in a position to shape the future of alternative proteins: executives, policymakers, academic researchers, entrepreneurs, investors, culinary experts, and civil society leaders.

We are seeking a balanced mix from various sectors to cultivate a rich exchange of ideas.

PROGRAM FORMAT

The program consists of a series of in-person meetings in Tel Aviv and an immersive study tour to Denmark and the Netherlands—designed to provide exposure to and learning from established ecosystems in the alternative protein sector, with the aim of expanding global perspectives and fostering practical collaborations.

IN ISRAEL
  • Two in-person sessions (May 4, 11)
  • One virtual session (May 14)
INTERNATIONAL STUDY TOUR (MAY 18–23)
  • Denmark: In collaboration with Food Nation Denmark, we will engage with top local players, attend a cocktail event at the Ambassador’s Residence, gain key insights into the Danish Triple Helix model, and explore potential synergies.
  • The Netherlands: Attend the F&A Next Innovation Conference, network with thought leaders, and visit a plant-based meat company.
NETWORK BUILDING SESSIONS

After the tour, we will reconvene in Israel for three follow-up meetings over three months. These sessions will focus on accelerating select initiatives and continuing the exchange of knowledge and opportunities.
