Who we are
Labs by GFI IL is an applied R&D initiative focused on the advanced product-performance challenges that still limit the taste and cost parity of alternative meats. We are a complementary, hands-on extension of GFI Israel, which advances mission-driven, non-commercial research through grants and partnerships.
Powered by philanthropy, we aim to expand our R&D pipeline, scale and validate solutions for key product challenges, and develop new initiatives that further accelerate the field.
