Ravid focuses on food science and product development, researching ingredients, formulations, and processes to develop new approaches and applications in food.
Areas of expertise: Food science, product and process development, food formulation, alternative proteins, and industrial scale-up
Prior to joining GFI, Ravid spent over five years in R&D and innovation at Redefine Meat, developing plant-based meat products from early-stage concepts and formulations through process development and industrial scale-up to commercial production.
Ravid holds a B.Sc. in Marine Biotechnology and Aquaculture from Ruppin Academic Center and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
