Yael Prigat Goldfriend

Yael is an R&D Food Lab Researcher at Labs by GFI Israel, translating scientific questions into structured experimentation and innovation roadmaps across the alternative protein space. She joins GFI after five years at Redefine Meat, where as R&D Team Leader she managed multidisciplinary innovation portfolios, mentored a team of scientists, and helped develop patented plant-based technologies. Yael holds an MSc in Chemistry and a BSc in Biochemistry and Food Sciences, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
